Kinastry is an astrology app for reflection and entertainment. It calculates birth charts from astronomical data and offers symbolic interpretations — readings, horoscopes, synastry, forecasts, and AI-generated content — to help you and your family reflect on yourselves and each other.

CHAPTER TWO

Entertainment purposes only

Everything Kinastry produces — every chart, reading, horoscope, synastry interpretation, forecast, share card, and AI-generated text — is provided solely for entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration. Astrology is a symbolic tradition, not a science, and Kinastry's content should be enjoyed in that spirit.

CHAPTER THREE

No professional advice

Nothing in Kinastry is, or should be relied upon as, medical, psychological, health, legal, financial, tax, or any other kind of professional advice. Kinastry is not a licensed professional of any kind, and no reading is a substitute for advice from one. Never make health, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or other significant life decisions based on any Kinastry content.

If you are facing a medical or mental-health concern, a legal question, or a financial decision, consult a qualified, licensed professional. If you or someone in your family is in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line — not this app.

CHAPTER FOUR

No guarantees; your decisions are yours

While Kinastry calculates chart positions from real astronomical data, its interpretations are symbolic and generative. We make no promise that any reading, prediction, or forecast will be accurate or that any described event will occur, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take after using the app.

CHAPTER FIVE

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kinastry and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, or decisions made in reliance on the service — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, Kinastry's total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or zero if you paid nothing.

CHAPTER SIX

Your account and your family's details

You are responsible for your account and sign-in credentials. When you enter birth details for family members, you confirm you have their consent — or that you are their parent or legal guardian. Readings that concern children are written for their caregivers, not for the children themselves.

CHAPTER SEVEN

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Kinastry: no scraping, bulk extraction, reselling, or reverse-engineering of the service; no uploading content you don't have the right to share; and no using the app to harass or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

CHAPTER EIGHT

Subscriptions

Kinastry Plus is billed through Stripe; Kinastry never sees your card number. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — your charts and readings simply return to the free tier; nothing is deleted. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

CHAPTER NINE

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will note the update on this page, and your continued use of Kinastry after the change means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree, you may delete your account at any time from Settings.

CHAPTER TEN

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kinastry's creator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
